One of the leading Service Providers in the country is looking to take on a Customer Service Advisor to join their site in Canterbury. Someone fresh out of college or university such as a graduate would be ideal for this opportunity and there is every chance of the vacancy going permanent. Experience of a contact centre environment is essential for the role.

This role is shift based - 6am2pm, 8am4pm, 2pm10pm, 10pm6am

£7.53 + p/h
Starting immediately

Duties will include answering telephone and email enquiries, directing calls, taking messages and entering data into spreadsheets. Experience of customer service is essential, so a polite telephone manner and someone who is able to handle working in a busy environment would be ideal. Good data entry / PC skills are also essential as the role involves typing and communicating simultaneously.

Successful applicants must have previous experience and be available for an immediate start.
