Job Description:
The Helper Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the daily helper needs provided by the operations and coordinate the daily staffing of helpers. The Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing helper hours for accurate recording of time and assignments. They will work closely with the operation, communicating helper performance and administration of uniforms and tracking helper performance. Minimum Requirements: Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral. Solid working knowledge of MS Office. Ability to interact with people holding different positions as well as different responsibilities.
Job Experience:
Will be working with the local HR which will give the Associates a list of eligible temporary workers, and the Assoc will be coordinating the temporary worker to the UPS drivers. They will be responsible for calling the temp and sending them to meet the driver for the specified work schedule. This can include giving the temp directions of a location to meet the driver. Assoc will need to be able to work with the given schedule and re-arrange temps when necessary.
Minimum Education Required: High School
