My client, a successful establishment based in Helston are looking for an experienced telesales candidate to join their team due to expansion. You will have held a previous sales role and will have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and enjoy the buzz of a telesales role, happy to be making cold calls on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to work with a company who pride themselves on promoting within.
To be short listed for this role you will need the following skills / experience:
-Excellent telephone manner
-Tenacious, competitive attitude to work and selling, whilst at all times able to remain calm and polite when trying to overcome objectives using negotiation skills
-Previous experience with a telesales role or direct sales
-Team player but able to work successfully on own initiative equally well
-Good organisation skills and the able to prioritise own work load.
-Happy to work in a highly pressured sales environment.
The salary on offer is £14 p/a, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an average OTE of £20k, however this figure is uncapped so the OTE is dependent on your ability to close the deal. This role is offered on a temp to perm basis.
