HFM Senior Consultant
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 3 years relevant consulting and/or industry experience
- Experience with performance management technologies (Hyperion, BPC, and/or Cognos)
- Familiarity with SOX 404 internal controls testing of key controls objectives and control activities framework
- A minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation
- 4+ yrs experience implementing one or more of the following technologies:
- Hyperion Planning and/or HFM
- SAP BPC (formerly known as Outlooksoft)
- Cognos Planning and/or Controller
- Tax point solutions such as TaxStream, CORPTax and/or Longview a strong plus…
- A willingness to travel 80 – 100% of the time (Monday – Thursday/Friday)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- CPA Preferred
- Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes.
- Proven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementation.
- A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
