Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager/Production Manager seeking a new and highly rewarding role? My client is seeking a highly ambitious Production Shift Manager to drive the shift further.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Shift Manager with chilled food experience to join a highly reputable organisation. A chilled manufacturing high care environment is essential. Aside from your normal KPI's of; machinery breakdowns, material shortages, you will be required to continually make changes in order to increase the efficiency of the shift.
Responsible for up to 50 staff with up to 25 agency staff. You will have the ability to drive a shift forward. You will be a natural leader and have the ability to motivate and promote the buy in of continous and lean manufacturing on your shift.
