High Frequency arbitrage trader/Researcher(FX spot) – London

A leading Investment bank is currently looking to add an analyst/Associate to their high frequency prop trading desk.

The group focus on G10 and EM FX and have an excellent reputation in the space. You will be involved in high frequency trading strategy research and relevant trading platform development. You will have some of the most advanced infrastructure and an excellent team of technologists at your disposal. 

Within this role you will be responsible for:-

 

-          High Frequency arbitrage trading (FX spot)

-          Researching, designing, and back-testing intraday alpha models.

-          Performing statistical analysis of FX and futures tick data

-          Developing momentum and mean-reverting process based trading strategy

-          Improving the performance of a trading strategy in an automated and systematic approach

-          Assisting in the development and maintenance of fully working systematic trading systems based on new FX strategies. 

In order to apply you must:-

 

-          Currently be involved in running/researching intraday FX spot strategies

-          Have live positive PnL.

-          Be familiar with Ultrahigh frequency trading strategies and algorithms

-          Be at analyst/Associate level in a fund or a bank.

-          Have Solid statistical programming skills.

-          Be comfortable with nonlinear portfolio optimization, model development, back testing simulation, and active trading

Please note:- All candidates must have the ability to work in the UK without sponsorship  OR be based within the UK currently.
