Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for transforming their exchange to support high-frequency trading.
- Working in a distributed environment, you will ensure consistency in a cluster while still achieving optimal performance. As a multi-language environment, you will engage with other engineers to profile performance and define solutions that are compatible with existing systems and the interface points.
- You will also collaborate with product managers to implement performance-oriented solutions for new financial products and application features.
Key Requirements
- High performance experience in Java or C++
- Caching (distributed preferred)
- Memory management and/or garbage collection
- Algorithmic complexity
- Networking and latency
- Bash and GNU build tools
Desired
- Know a scripting language or three
