High-Level Executive Assistant to $90K
Innovative global company is currently looking to hire a polished, articulate and professional Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive in a client facing role! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key staff via heavy calendar management, scheduling travel arrangements and meeting plans, acting as a liaison and point of contact for the team, creating and distributing documents and correspondence, and handling special assignments as requested. The qualified Executive Assistant must have 5+ years of support experience at the C-executive level; superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize duties. Ideal candidates exhibit a flexible and proactive work ethic, and are available for overtime. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
