High Net Worth Client Service Representative recruitment
Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment management companies and a recognized employer of choice, seeks a high net worth client service representative who will function as the primary client representative for assigned high net worth clients. Our ideal candidate is someone who can quickly build and sustain positive relationships between the client and Vanguard. As a consultant to the client, the client relationship administrator will manage client needs and implement solutions.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day support of assigned book of business.
- Using Vanguard products and services to strategically meet client needs.
- Communicating with clients and coworkers at all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Building and maintaining a deep knowledge of the Vanguard investment philosophy and financial services industry.
- Identifying client risks or opportunities and effectively responding to client needs.
- Employing a consultative approach to identify, articulate, and align the product solution with each strategic goal and objective.
- Providing status updates on assigned accounts, regularly monitoring overall account health, client feedback status, opportunities, and risks.
- Being the client advocate and advising department management on matters in the best interest of the client and Vanguard.
- Collecting and keep Vanguard data current in the internal CRM system for assigned client base.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain licenses within the department guidelines.
- Exceptional client relationship management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with financial services and investments preferred.
