This independent authority implements parliaments directives on policy and manages state and federal processes. A temporary vacancy at APS 5 level, has become within the HR team, until the end of June.

To manage two key projects, a high performing HR Generalist is required with demonstrated ability to coordinate Learning and Development and OHS.

Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders you will facilitate the roll out of new health and wellbeing policies. You will also be responsible for managing the advertising and staff communication and education as these are launched.

Good awareness of employee relations, policy development, OHS and learning and development and demonstrated ability to deliver in an HR Generalist role will enable you to further your HR experience within a high profile independent authority.
