High Volume Service Team Manager (Calgary) Job in Calgary, Alberta Canada
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, the High Volume (HV) Service Team Manager is responsible for the supervision, scheduling, and co-ordination of service activities in the Branch: Maintains adequate staff levels as required: Provides training: coaching and counselling to team members: supports and promotes positive team environment with all department teams within the Branch and region: promotes and maintains a positive customer focused service delivery relatioship within the Branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages day to day activities of field operation in their assigned branch.
- Ensures Health Safety programs and standards are followed.
- Ensures timely delivery of quality service work to customer base.
- Promotes a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Provides regular feedback and reports on branch operation and performance.
- Provides on going coaching/mentoring and training to all service technicians.
- Provide field check rides to ensure Safety Quality initiaves are met exceeded.
- Manages Service department to ensure service operations scorecard requirements are met and exceeded.
Education:
- High School graduate with 5 - 7 years of experience; Community College with 3 years experience; or an equivalent through work experience, special courses and self-development.
Experience:
- Supervisory and Instructional background, customer service experience, work scheduling, knowledge of data base management and previous experience with electronic security products and service.
Skills:
- Competency with computers and core MS Office user applications (spreadsheet, document and presentation)
- Proven conflict resolution skills: supervisory and instructional skills with demonstrated strong project management skills through past work experience and training.
