Hire Administrator/Customer Services

Our client, a unique company specialising in the transportation and setting up of stage lights at functions/events, are looking for an exceptional candidate with an extensive background in office-based Customer Services, Administration and Account Management.

Our client has supported popular events such as the Brit Awards for many years and are affiliated with stadiums such as Wembley Stadium. They are a market leader in what they do and this is an integral role within their business.

To be considered for the role it is ESSENTIAL you have the following:

- Extensive Customer Service experience.
- Exposure to communicating with clients both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Articulate telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Ability and confidence in using MS Access, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
- Sound knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with both customers and suppliers, and for ensuring all SLA's are met. A technical role, this position requires a candidate who is alert and intelligent given the fast-paced nature of the company's industry.
