Currently we are looking for Wine Sales Associates, Beer Specialists Supervisor-level positions to join our team in Dallas, TX. Essential Functions:
Wine Supervisor:
· Assist the Wine Manager in day-to-day operations of the Wine Department including driving sales, execution of sales programs, pull list, store walks, shelf review, vintage/class issues, lock box management and ordering
· Trains and executes TWM’s Merchandising Guidelines
· Trains and executes pricing and signing strategies
· Utilizes strong product knowledge and displays a passion for learning more
· Actively participates in the coaching, training, education and development of the Wine Team Members.
· Effectively communicates and provides direction to Wine Team Members
· Assists Managers with delegation and follow up
· Utilizes solid sales and presentation skills to maximize customer service, and is able to train others
· Assists Managers with the Manager on Duty responsibilities
· Motivates and coaches Wine Team to succeed at accomplishing goals and daily objectives
· May be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier
· Assist with local wine tastings
Front End Supervisor:
· Ensures that a superior level of customer service and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
· Engages, motivates, and coaches front-end team members to successfully accomplish goals and daily objectives.
· Is readily available to solve customer service issues and quickly support FETM’s who need customer related assistance.
· Assists in driving Sales, Margin and Winery Direct % to store specific goals
· Manages all front-end activities which includes monitoring cash accountability, reconciling the shift, assists with schedule writing, completes supply ordering, performs cashier checks and follows up on performance logs
· Trains and develops front-end team members on customer service and TWM Policies and Procedures
· Responsible for front end maintenance (i.e. cleaning, merchandising, completing cashier checklist, supply replenishment)
· May be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members
· Acts as a role model by demonstrating strong sales, customer service, and presentations skill when assisting customers
Merchandiser Supervisor:
· Drives Sales, Margin and Winery Direct % to store specific goals
· Assists the Managers with the day-to-day process of product flow, vendor relations and backroom and upstock organization
· Enforces company policy: Vendor/visitor log, breaker policy etc
· Assists the Managers in Loss Prevention activities including cycle counts, inventory control, shrink and receiving activities
· Actively participates in the coaching, training, education and development of the merchandise team members
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team members
· Acts as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and presentations skill when assisting customers
· Motivates and coaches team members to successfully accomplish goals and daily objectives
· Works closely with the Managers to process merchandise set and product allocations
· Assist in the daily maintenance of store facilities, as needed
· May be responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier

· Have an interest and willingness to learn wine
· Be able to produce results within an entrepreneurial atmosphere

· Be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and stand for most of their shift
· Be 21 years of age
Successful Wine Sales Associates should:
· Have an interest and passion for wine, wine/food pairing and the ability to convey wine characteristics to the customer
· Have a solid retail sales background, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service
· Be an outstanding communicator, with a good floor presence
Successful Beer Specialists should:
· Assume primary responsibility for Beer products
· Have an interest and passion for beer, beer/food pairing and the ability to convey beer characteristics to the customer

· Be an outstanding communicator, with a good floor presence
Successful Supervisors should:
· Communicate effectively to the management team and other team members
· Assist Managers with projects as needed
· Assists Managers with delegation and follow up

· Utilizes strong product knowledge and displays a passion for learning more
Successful Cashiers Merchandisers should:
· Take ownership for store cleanliness
· Be willing to keep the store fully stocked
· Be able to balance their register drawer during peak volume times
· Be able to move customers through registers lanes quickly and courteously
