Pacific Technical Resources, LLC. is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Professional for a direct hire Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for an exciting fast growing well respected Private employer in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an immediate need.
DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for forecasting and development of 5 Year Strategic Plan
· Financial Planning and Analysis of company
· Assist in preparation of annual sales comp plans
· Develop tools and reports to track costs and work on ways to find efficiencies in the current cost structure
· Monthly variance analysis relating to revenue and expenses
· Support in providing analysis on potential sales deals to ensure accurate pricing and maintain profitability
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree
MBA Desired
CPA Desired
Big 4 Accounting Firm Desired
5+ Years Financial Planning and Analysis in Small to Medium Company
Strong MS Office Expertise
Sales Compensation Plan Development
Local Phoenix, Arizona only- No relocation
