Job responsibilities: Provide essential health safety related care to all company employees Manage current Workers? Compensation and short-term disability cases Schedule and facilitate CPR/First-Aid classes (instruction) Triage and take responsibility for management of work related injuries illness and coordinate rescue efforts with first responder team and 911 dispatches Perform new hire physicals/testing (to include drug/alcohol testing) Follow OSHA or MSHA guidelines to ensure proper medical testing, audiograms, pulmonary function testing are completed when necessary Initiate and support employee wellness programs Position requirements: · Associates or Bachelor?s Science Degree in nursing accompanied by a current, non-restricted Florida RN license required · OHN Certification preferred · Preferred certifications: CAOHC, NIOSH, BAT, DOT drug/alcohol testing, audiogram certification, pulmonary function testing certification · 2 + years of experience in occupational or employee health are preferred, or a background in emergency trauma and or critical care required. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook · Ability to instruct MERT (medical emergency response team) refresher classes and CPR classes · Past experience and knowledge to administer a variety of vaccines; from basic annual preventative care such as flu, to complete immunization series? for either occupational necessity or travel abroad For immediate consideration, please email your resume to Ana Diaz, Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, at diazana@kellyservices.com or by clicking the ?apply now? button.
