Senior Independence, a division of Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services is growing and has a full-time benefited position for an energetic, self-starter. If you enjoy initiating community contacts with physicians, assisted living facilities and developing wellness programs, join our team. Will coordinate home care patient needs for our older adult clients. Will also process referrals admission paper work provide educational programming regarding home health services while meeting admissions goals. Knowledge of home care programs
