Lorian Health is a growing home health agency based in San Diego County seeking energetic members to join our team of professionals in Riverside County. Lorian is currently looking for per-diem Home Health Aides (HHA's) to service our Riverside patients (Multiple Territiories Available). Major responsibilities include providing quality and safe personal care in accordance with the Plan of Care initiated by a supervising RN, assisting in ambulation and exercise, and preparing nutritional meals.
To be considered, all applicants must be certified by the state of California as a Home Health Aide and must have at least one year of experience subsequent to certification, preferably in an acute setting. Home health experience a plus!!
