Home Health Director of Nursing
HomeCare of Mid-Missouri, based in Moberly, seeks a HHDON to oversee our home health department. Duties include the monitoring and supervision of patient admissions and care record maintenance, ensuring adherence to patient care practice standards. Must possess skills and abilities to motivate employees, apply critical thinking and communicate effectively in a team environment. Current Missouri RN license, drivers license and vehicle insurance
Ability to travel Associates degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
3+ years experience in a home health leadership environment
Ability to review and interpret financial data using MS Word/Excel
Strong knowledge of applicable federal/state regulations
