Home Health RN / LVN Job in Irvine 92614, California US

PrimeCare Plus Home Health is seeking experienced registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses to service the Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego County.

Essential Criteria:

  • Current Registration with CA. board of Registered Nursing or CA. Board of Vocational Nursing
  • 1 Year Experience in a clinical setting outside of school
  • With Valid California Drivers License
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • An understanding and knowledge of OASIS and Home Health Preferred
