Home manager (RGN) required for nursing home in Manchester.
Our client a 42 bed nursing home in Manchester is looking for a very experienced Home Manager to lead their care team. The home is dual registered to provide care for both residential and nursing residents.
You must have excellent clinical skill's as well as managing budgets and meeting financial targets, market the home whist demonstrating the ability to manage a challenging and rewarding home.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Valid PIN
Registered Managers Award (RMA)
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
This is a full time position and excellent salary will be offered for the successful candidate.
