An exciting job opportunity for a passionate and committed Registered Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to join an established provider of nursing care at their state of the art home near Stockport, Cheshire.

The home, furnished to an exceptional standard with 81 en-suite rooms offering both general nursing and dementia nursing care, offers a warm, welcoming and homely environment for residents with every member of the team taking great pride in the high standards of care provided by this service.

In partnership with the company Director’s and management team, the Home Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the standards of care exceed expectations at every opportunity. The post holder, whose prime responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of care throughout the home, will be responsible for building the necessary relationships in order to develop the home towards achieving and maintaining full occupancy levels as well as implementing and maintaining new care systems across the home to ensure care planning/management processes are robust and accurate at all times.

With the support of the wider team within the home including Front of House Manager, Operations Manager and dedicated administration team, the Manager will be part of a truly dedicated and committed team and will have the freedom to be able to focus whole-heartedly on achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of care.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong background in the delivery of nursing care along with a successful track record of managing residential nursing homes to the highest standards in all areas including regulatory compliance and maintaining high occupancy levels. Whilst the successful candidate must possess strong management qualities including effective leadership skills and the ability to successfully build relationships with all relevant third parties (i.e. commissioners and CQC), the post holder will retain a clear passion for the delivery of care and really lead from the front in ensuring the residents remain at the heart of everything the team do within the home.
