Are you looking for a home manager Job with a salary of £40,000 per year?
This is an excellent opportunity working for a Registered Care Home with nursing that specialises in caring for those suffering from physical disability, sensory impairment, brain injury and people with mental health and complex needs.
They're searching for a Home Manager to join the team to continue the high level of care already provided to the residents.
As the Home Manager you will oversee the day-to-day running of the home and will ensure that care standards are met inline with CQC requirements. You will have a strong focus on the customer experience, as well as the provision of outstanding care within a care home environment. You should understand the impact of change and have experience of leading teams in times of change. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional care and have a solid background working with acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and clients who have complex needs. You should have considerable management experience and ideally hold the Registered Managers Award along with being a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Skills Qualifications
Proven management experience working within a care home environment
Excellent leadership skills
Hold the Registered Managers Award (desirable)
Registered Mental Health Nurse
Strong communicator
Proven experience ideally within a care home environment
Experience working with clients who have complex needs
