Our client is a leading global law firm that has been serving the Asian market for nearly 40 years. With over 100 lawyers it has established itself as a major player in the market offering a full range of legal services, with most lawyers speaking multiple languages.
The successful candidate will be joining the China Corporate Finance Group. They will be providing a capital markets legal service. They will be expected to work on IPOs, listing rules and compliance regulations, some of these deals will be China-related.
To be considered for this position the successful individual will be:
At least NQ level PQE but can be up to senior associate level. It is advantageous that they be HK qualified particularly at a more senior level. At this higher level they must possess strong drafting skills and be capable with some experience with transaction management. All levels must demonstrate an understanding of the Capital Markets field. Additionally they should have trained or be currently working at a US firm and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin; be ale to work in a team, possess good interpersonal skills and be highly motivated.
