The Asia Cash Client Management team has an opportunity for a CRM data analyst to join the team in Hong Kong. This is a part-time role working 3 days per week for 3 months. In this role you will:
- Capture and analyse client data;
- Monitor and help monetise the firms services to clients.
Key accountabilities/responsibilities:
- Data capture and analysis of client feedback;
- Preparation of monthly service data packs for sales and research;
- Ensuring external vendor systems contain accurate data for client voting purposes;
- Analysis of client survey feedback.
Key skills required:
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in Cantonese;
- Proficiency in Excel MS PowerPoint.
