The HSBC Hong Kong Management Associate Programme will give you all the tools, guidance and exposure you need to develop into a successful leader in banking, with a particular emphasis on developing a foundation of knowledge and skills applicable across a broad variety of business and functional areas. We have been a leader in the global banking business for more than 145 years, so we know how best to help you build on your capabilities and gain the knowledge you need to become a leader of tomorrow.

Where warranted by performance, the programme is a direct route to senior management responsibility. Within 7-10 years the most talented Management Associates are expected to be operating at an exceptional level in a senior leadership role in any of our businesses or functions, driving the ongoing progress and success of our businesses across the Hong Kong franchise.

You should be a final-year student graduating in the summer of 2012 or a degree holder with at least upper second-class honours (or equivalent) and less than three years’ work experience. You should also have the right to work in Hong Kong, and should be fluent in English and Cantonese, with Putonghua an advantage.
