Macquarie Securities Group (MSG) is a global institutional securities house with strong Asia-Pacific foundations covering sales, research, ECM, execution and derivatives and delta one activities. The group uses its research and risk management skills to develop equity-based solutions and services for clients internationally.

The Derivatives business operates a full service platform, originating equity-based financial solutions and products for wholesale, institutional, corporate and retail investors globally. Our derivatives portfolio includes OTC options, customised indices and baskets, warrants and structured products and strategic portfolio transactions. The business has also built a solid reputation as one of Asia's premier warrants issuers and is a top-tier issuer of listed warrants in Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea, three of Asia's largest warrant markets.

We are now looking to build on a successful franchise tailoring and distributing non-flow equity derivative products. The client base for this activity is predominantly corporate clients in globally, but with the Asia-Pacific region being the focus.

The candidate would assume a senior role in the Non-Flow Derivatives team. Interaction with, and occasional leadership of, related teams in the front and back office is expected. Direct supervision of structuring or sales staff is likely in either the short or medium term, depending on the seniority and aptitude of the candidate, and business growth.
