We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) and DUAL Certified Aides (CHHA and CNA) for Centeral Mass and Merrimack Valley service areas.
JOB SUMMARY: Hospice Aide (HA) encompasses the terms for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and/or Certified Home Health Aide. The HA provides personal care services for the patient. The HA (CNA/CHHA) works under the clinical direction of the RN Case Manager for each patient/family. A Hospice Aide (HA) must hold a current a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or a Certified Home Health Aide certification in their State of practice, according to the law governing such practice. They must practice within the scope of their respective certification.
REQUIREMENTS: At least one year''s experience as an aide preferred. Experience in hospice, home health or long-term care preferred. Graduate of a state accredited CHHA program. .
