Complete Description
The Hospice Staff Nurse-RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop implement and evaluate patient's plan of care. The Hospice Staff Nurse - R.N. as the primary care giver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members the physicain and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. This individual works under the indirect supervision of the Manager. Graduate of accredited school of nursing with current Ohio RN licensure. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare related field preferred. CPR certification required. Hospice certification preferred. Minimum of one-year experience in appropriate area of specialization required.

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
Rotating Shifts may be required.
