Hospice Team Leader Needed! - Registered Nurse – RN
Registered Nurse – RN - R.N. – Hospice – Home Health – Manager – Supervisor - Administrator
We are looking for strong Hospice Nurse RN to come join our team!
Servicing Northern California and Southern Oregon for over 30 years! Staff/services include RN’s, Social Workers, Spiritual Councilors and a team of volunteer helpers. Another service they provide to the community is a youth bereavement camp for children 8-18 open for all children who have suffered a loss (not just family members of patients!)
Team Lead Position
- Must have Hospice experience as a RN.
- BSN.
- 3+ year’s Supervisory experience.
- Experience with Allscripts (coding program) a plus.
- M-F 8-5 occasional call.
- Must be willing to see patients on rare occasions.
- About 12FTE’s (oversees 2 teams a CA team and OR team).
- CA or OR valid RN licensure.
- Reports to Executive Director
