Hospital Operations Manager – Non

The Contract Hospitality Service Project Manager shall perform the following procedures, as required, in strict compliance with standing orders and protocols set forth by the MFT to include, but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Plans, directs and coordinates activities of all contract employees.
- Provides oversight of services provided to departments that provide clinical and systems
support to the patient care areas.
- Directs contract employee and recommend personnel actions including scheduling, performance management, deployment and corrective action.
- Develop and implement new programs and/or services according to Military Treatment Facility priorities. Oversee compilation, preparation and distribution of appropriate reports and cognizant of
trends, and recommend appropriate actions and conclusions.
- Maintain open communications with the Director of Hospitality, Chief, Culture of Excellence and Military Treatment Facility Command Staff to ensure services meet required standards and that all policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.

- The Hospitality Service Project Manager should possess a Bachelor degree in either, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or Hospitality Management, or must have a minimum of six (6) years of overall managerial experience to consist of four (4) years of management experience and at least two (2) years clinical experience preferably in a hospital or other healthcare setting.
- Experience in developing, analyzing and maintaining electronic tracking databases.
- Ability to perform analysis of all suspense actions received from higher headquarters components, other functional areas, and implement solutions.
- Must possess understanding of computer skills to include the Microsoft suite in order to generate reports.
- Shall have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Certified through the American Heart Association.
