BC/BE Hospitalist to join department at not-for-profit, community hospital located in central Maine. Founded by a group of osteopathic physicians with a vision of providing compassionate care focusing on the whole patient. Patients are treated with respect and dignity, and benefit from an open communication process that delivers an extraordinary experience and the best possible medical outcome.

Call TBD

IM board certified or eligible or FP board certified with experience

Paid medical malpractice insurance

Sign on bonus

1 Week per year CME

Excellent benefit package

Relocation benefit 

Medical education loan repayment program $200,000 over 10 year period.

Can be foreign graduate with U. S. training; however, not an under-served area; no J1.

7 on 7 off block scheduling. Open to weekend schedule as well

1 Hospitalist on staff currently

Hospitalist Physician Assistant evening and night coverage program in place

Need to work as a team.

Patient volume annually is low
