Household Team Leader

My client is one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers. Now employing in excess of 700 people they are looking to recruit an ambitious, motivated and dynamic Household Team Leader to join an area of the business that will be rapidly expanding throughout 2015.

Following significant and sustained growth of our core products, we are now in a position to further expand our household portfolio and wish to appoint a Team Leader responsible for developing the team and growing the business.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity and the successful candidate will be instrumental is shaping the team and delivering the business plan and objectives. Further career progression and opportunity for promotion will exist in due course in line with our growth aspirations.
Working as part of a fast paced, friendly environment the successful candidate will:-
- Organise, manage and motivate a team of Household advisors to hit and exceed monthly targets for individuals and the business
- Lead by example and promote company policies and procedures
- Assist the management of the departments workload and ensure all staff work efficiently
- Monitor staff in ways that will ensure that competence is sustained at the required levels
- Have the confidence to work alongside senior management on a daily basis to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
· Experience of working in target focussed environment is essential
· Specific Technical Household knowledge
· Be proactive and have excellent peoples skills
· The ability to supply daily reports to the senior management team as required
