Housing Advisor

A housing provider seeks a call centre advisor for their offices in Bournemouth. This is a temporary opportunity for 9 months.

The post holder will receive a high volume of inbound calls regarding general enquiries related to Housing; repairs, rent and antisocial behaviours. You are responsible for providing an efficient clerical support service to the Housing Services Centre, responsible for gathering and inputting customer feedback data in line with the Association’s established policies and procedures, ensuring that the Housing Services Centre service levels to its stakeholders are met.

This is a full time role; 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, paying £8 per hour.

To be considered for this role, must be numerate and literate, computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Word. You must also be able to communicate effectively at all levels and in all mediums.
