Position

We have an opportunity for an experienced housing professional to join our busy Kent team to cover maternity leave. Based at our Maidstone office, you will provide housing management services to our residents across Kent. We are looking for particular experience in anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement, voids and letting.

Example of responsibilities:

• Lead on managing any reported cases of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), including nuisance, harassment, domestic abuse, damage to property, squatters and abandonment.
• Prepare cases for court action and represent Hyde Group at court and eviction, liaising with Solicitors where appropriate.
• Work with the lettings team to ensure that properties are re-let with minimum loss of rental income
• Respond promptly to resolve resident queries and complaints.
• Dealing sensitively with vulnerable residents referring cases to appropriate support providers both internally and externally where necessary.

Essential Skills:

• Previous relevant experience within housing is essential
• Experience with anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement, voids and letting is essential
• Candidates must be available for interview on 1st December 2011
