HP Sales and Service Executive

The job holder is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Higher Purchase Leasing customers who Bank with our clients Commercial segment, and for negotiating and winning new Higher Purchase Leasing business to meet agreed targets within the Commercial Bank SME channel, with turnover of between £50k to £15m

Experience in a Sales focused role within the financial service area desirable.

Regular telephone contact with customers, documentation activities and diary management is essential.

The job holder will have experience of working effectively and continuously under the pressure of changing priorities, demands and frequent interruptions.

To achieve agreed individual targets for sales volume, income and margin to maximise profit and profitability

To build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients Relationship Managers

To be pro-active in generating new and repeat business

To produce, manage and control proposals, in accordance with company procedures and policy, including the preparation of submissions to Credit

Create, update and maintain accurate customer/prospect/supplier information on system

To use product knowledge to manage procedural and technical enquiries ensuring legislation and policy are accurately interpreted and communicated

The ability to build relationships, use initiative, exercise judgement and make decisions

Overall positive results oriented attitude, working with and towards a team objective and achievement of individual targets.
