HP Service Manager Implementation Engineer (Service Catalog Module SME)
Supports the requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide BTO hardware and software solutions at the functional module level, in accordance with industry engineering standards. Supports development of cultural change management materials and customer training. Provides technical input into business case analyses and supports analysis of technical alternatives. Documents processes and activities (Use Cases, Test Cases, Configuration, User Manuals, etc) as required. Focus will be on HP Service Manager Service Catalogue and Service Request Fullfillment Design and Implementation.
