Housing Authority City of Orange The Housing Authority City of Orange is seeking contract with a certified HQS Inspector to conduct quality control inspections. The qualified individual will be responsible for re-inspecting twenty-four (24) inspections drawn from recently completed HQS inspections and represents a cross section of neighborhoods and the work of cross section of inspectors.
