HR Administrator

·          Provide HR administration support, process information and ensure the completion submission of various forms related to the key payroll system activities such as new hires, attendance, immigration, benefits, leave processing, change of status and leavers ensuring that the precision and timeliness of this process meets the expectations of our stakeholders to ensure the right people are paid at the right time, first time

·          Provide administrative support for the completion of requests for information from both internal and external groups, for example immigration/visa documentation, solicitor requests, verification of employment etc

·          Maintain legacy systems including those outside of HR remit to ensure the business succeeds with cost effective pricing

·          Responsible for start to end process for all Maternity, Paternity and Adoption cases ensuring employees and managers are fully supported within this time of change

·          Generate all letters that impact employees in relation to change to terms and conditions, job role change, salary increase to certify employment status and to ensure consistency throughout the organisaton

·          Administer the annual purchase, sell or carryover of leave scheme

·          First point of contact for all benefit related queries, including the administration of joiners and leavers to ensure timely responses and expectations are met

·          Assist with standardisation and take ownership of documentations within remit to ensure that we deliver a consistent high quality, fit for purpose HR Admin service to the business

·          Subject matter expert within the newly available Offboarding tool, which includes one to one training with Managers to proactively demonstrate  its value to the business, resolving any anomalies encountered after the launch

·          Conduct Onboarding responsibility for all employees, including company induction to ensure new joiners are fully equipped with relevant information to promote an ‘I want to work here’ culture

·          Provide support with the administration of the annual salary planning process including spreadsheet management and letter mail merge

·          Manage and maintain the HR Administration central mailbox, assisting with direct enquiry and also provide assistance to our outsourced payroll provider for query resolution

·          Escalate unsatisfactory third party query resolution to Senior HR Administrator to ensure these are captured and improved

·          Liaise with our internal Payroll Specialist to assist with the resolution of pay queries, investigating where necessary

·          Ad hoc project and other administration related activities as required
