HR Administrator

A leading, international business based close to Kingston upon Thames, are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their HR support team. 
Working closely with the HR Managers you will be responsible for the maintenance of HR systems and database, acting as first point of contact for staff and manager enquiries and producing all HR correspondence. 

Duties will include
Processing starters and leavers
Sending contracts of employment 
Conducting pre employment checks and referencing
Input of new starter details on HR systems
Completion of employment and Rent/Mortgage references
Employee change administration
Stationary ordering
Invoice payment administration
Provide support and assistance to HR advisors

Candidate Requirements
At least 1 years experience in a HR administration role
A Levels
CPP qualified or studying 
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken 
Organised and able to prioritise workloads
