HR Administrator Job in Den Haag 2592 XG, Zuid Holland Netherlands

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly efficient individual to join our busy HR team.

 

The main responsibilities of this key support role where you will be the first point of contact include: administer the absences on a daily basis and liaise with the Arbodienst  about the weekly onsite arbodoctor appointments. Monitor and coordinate the flexible workers register and recruit for new flexible workers, keep the intranet pages for the flexible workers up to date, carry out payroll checks. Work with the HR information system to process contracts and input employee information and prepare reports. Carry out the leavers administration.


As a member of the HR team the successful applicant will also be expected to undertake general administrative duties and will be involved in HR projects.

 

Ideal candidates will have hands on experience of working in a busy HR or administrative environment, be highly organised and possess the ability to work to tight deadlines. A good working knowledge of HR processes and services and the role of the HR team within an organisation.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch are essential.
