HR Administrator Job in Hartlepool TS251NN, Tyne-Tees UK

To provide administration support / input for the SHE Manager, maintain and improve performance of database systems.

Duties to include

Administer all HR documentation and training records.

Administer / deliver safety inductions.

Maintain and develop HR / SHE / training databases and records.

Liaise with Tata Steel Medial centre for all medicals.

Produce various reports on a daily basis and issuing them to internal departments.

Collate information and produce graphs, trend analysis and reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Assist in the preparation of HR / SHE reports and statistics for all management meetings.

Contribute to drafting, review and authorisation of HR SHE systems, procedures and policies.

Attend, take and produce minutes for meetings (weekly, monthly, team leader, end of contract etc…)

Stand in for SHE Manager at meetings as required - weekly / end of contract.

Provide cover for and assist the SHE Officer as required.

Carry out monthly Behavioural Audits. Report any problems or weaknesses regarding quality, training, safety, health and the environment to the Production Manager / S.H.E Manager.

Co-ordinate 'Return to Work' interviews and attend interviews if required.

When applicable HR/SHE Administrator shall be required to attend additional training courses to meet/maintain national standards of competence for their roles and responsibilities.

8.30 am till 5.00pm Mon to Friday

£8.12 an hour
