HR Administrator Job in Sydney 2000, New South Wales Australia
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join the HR team of this industry leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing support for the end to end recruitment process including advertising positions, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks
- Coordinating and assisting with the on-boarding process
- Preparing HR correspondence and assisting with the induction process
- Coordinating and assisting with training programs and liaising with external training providers
- Taking responsibility for the front end of the payroll process
- Assist with organising company social events as and when required
- Assisting the team with adhoc projects as required
The successful candidate will have approximately 2 years HR Administrative experience, a high attention to detail and the ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment. You will be proactive with strong organisational skills and a team work orientation. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to gain exposure to an array of HR functions.
