HR ADMINISTRATOR Job in Zurich, Zürich Switzerland
Alexander Mann Solutions is looking for a fluent German speaking, highly proficient administrator to work in the HR function in one of its key Global Investment Banking clients. Successful candidates will have a ‘high scoring’ degree within an HR discipline.
The specific area within HR you will be working in, is assisting with the ‘onboarding’ of new hires into the bank. Your role will include but is not exhaustive to the following:-
- Receiving offer packs from candidates and checking through documents.
- Liaising with the Background Screening team to ensure all checks are complete prior to the candidate's start date.
- Keeping all involved of status updates throughout the process (Hiring manager, candidate, recruiter).
- Liaising with the onboarding team to ensure the new joiner is enrolled onto the induction and making sure communications are sent out.
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System.
It is essential that you are highly organised, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
