My client is looking for a HR Administrator with a proven background in the HR sector. The duties and responsibilities are:
- Placing adverts internally and liaising with the Business Services Authority to place adverts externally
- Monitor progress of vacancies and liaise with managers to ensure shortlisting is completed to required timeframes
- Communicate with applicants to inform them of the outcome of their application
- Ensure proactive, efficient and effective communication with applicants and recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process
- Meet with new starters on their first day and complete all new starter paperwork and take copies of appropriate documentation.
- Assist with the delivery of the local induction and welcome meeting as appropriate.
- Undertake administrative and secretarial duties including; word processing, minute taking, photocopying, filing, faxing, organising meetings, collating and distributing of documents ensuring accuracy at all times
- Undertake data inputting, maintaining various HR spreadsheets
- Minute taking
- Assist with answering routine enquiries such as annual leave queries and recruitment enquiries in a timely and effective manner, escalating non routine queries as appropriate
- Retrieve information from the HR database regarding employee's personal details
The successful candidate will be organised, with a good knowledge of the HR systems and procedures.
