HR Administrator Reporting Analyst recruitment

       RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Provide assistance and support management for services including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, talent organizational development, and HRIS administration.

•  Must have the ability to process large data sets and key point indicators into meaningful management reports

•  Facilitate reporting for headcount and other HR related reports and functions

•  maintain accurate, current and legally compliant records in PeopleSoft for the local and international employee populations

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required/Must have:

•  PeopleSoft knowledge (8.8, 9.0)

•  Exceptionally strong in Excel and VBA a must

•  Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowperPoint and Access

•  Analytical skills ability to be able to manipulate data and reports

•  Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports for HR and other divisions within the bank

 PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE 

Required/Must have:

•  3 to 5 years experience in investment banking or financial services environment required.

EDUCATION 

Required/Must have:

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.
