HR Administrator
HR Administrator - Stoke Poges - £20,000 - MATERNITY CONTRACT 6 - 9 MONTHS
This is a superb opportunity to work for an established company inStoke Poges. This is a pivotal role within the HR Department where you will provide a customer focused, timely service to all key stakeholders, providing support in a wide range of activities, including:
- Maintaining personnel files and other HR records.
- Completing admin tasks relating to the induction for new staff.
- Uploading documents onto the company intranet site.
- Keeping organisation charts up to date.
- Responding to ad hoc queries from staff and managers.
- Providing admin support for the security clearance process including reference requests, updating records and compiling information packs.
- Co-ordinating annual medicals on a monthly basis with employees and pre-employment medicals for new staff.
- Updating monthly attendance reports on Excel SAP.
- Preparing letters and memos for the Head of Group HR.
- Supporting admin tasks associated with training events the company's annual staff function.
- Providing cover for reception on an occasional basis.
- Managing the admin processes for gym memberships, private healthcare memberships and pool car bookings for staff.
- Booking travel arrangements for the Head of Group HR, and other team members arranging meetings.
- Processing expenses for the Head of Group HR.
Undertake ad-hoc HR administrative duties as required by the Head of Group HR.
- Experience of HR SAP would be desirable.
- Experience of using MS Office applications including Excel Word to an advanced level is required.
