HR Advisor Job in Bridgwater, South West Uk
My client is one of the key market leaders in the Logistics industry and they are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their professional and friendly team.
Reporting in to an HR Manager you will be responsible for providing an extensive range of HR generalist support and advice to line managers. This will includes providing advice on employee relations issues including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances and performance management. You will also identify and deliver appropriate training and coaching on HR issues and work on HR projects from time to time. The successful candidate must have a confident approach and the ability to communicate effectively.
Because of the location your own transport is essential. The position is working 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 on a rotating weekly basis.
