HR Advisor Job in City Of London, London UK

I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work within the Housing Industry. the suitable candidate will proactively deliver an excellent, seamless generalist HR operational support across the business to meet all needs. The duties of the role will include;

•Provision of advice, guidance support to Managers in handling employment issues ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice and all policy procedures
•Delivery of excellent HR operational support across the organisation proactively managing change and ER work
•Dealing with grievance and disciplinary, capability, probation, sickness, absence, recruitment/assessment centres, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment processes, recruitment/ exit interviews, TUPE transfers, policy interpretation and HR training and advice
•Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in order to guide change and influence and improve the day to day operational effectiveness of the business
•Work collaboratively with the HR business Partners and other HR team members to ensure Employee Relations are identified, solutions are provided, accurate contractual information is provided, and a consistent, seamless and best practice service is to the business at all times
•Support the HR Business Partners in raising and promoting the profile of the HR function by role modelling professional and best practice HR is valued by managers and staff at all levels.
You will have strong examples of leading on Employee Relation case work, you will have attended tribunals and you will be CIPD Qualified.
