We have an excellent opportunity for a passionate
Senior HR Advisor to join the Ausfuel Gull team. You
will be an experienced professional with generalist
skills who thrives on a challenging environment and believes in making a difference in the workplace.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will bring
to this role sound working knowledge of the
employee relations framework including the ability to provide advice on awards, enterprise agreements, and employment related legislation. Well developed knowledge of contemporary human resource management principles, policies and practices and their strategic and operational implications will also be an advantage.
