HR Advisor Job in Hertfordshire, Home Counties Uk
My clients is looking to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to be based at their office in Hertfordshire.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing advice and guidance on a range of issues such as disciplinary and grievances, coaching and training, and TUPE.
You will need to have strong ER background and be happy dealing with pay negotiations and trade union negotiations.
Working closely with managers, you will need to be credible and confident to provide creative and proactive solutions.
You will also take the lead on TUPE transfers and change programmes such as restructuring and redundancies.
Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
